Next week I am changing back from dance to boxing. I would recommend this workout to anyone at a beginner level that likes dancing or anyone that feels like they arent fit enough to start trying to dance & might be a little lost on where to start. The country heat workout was fun, I feel like my fitness level is a little too advanced for this workout because I didnt feel like I needed to push myself & once I learnt the steps I found this workout easy to do & by the end of the week a little borning. I lost 1 kilogram & down 1 inch from my waistline which I am really happy about!! I didn’t have any other changes however I wasn’t expecting any changes! This week I tried something different & did the 20- minute country heat dance workout.
